The Opiate Epidemic: What You Need to Know & What can you do

TIME: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Opioid addiction has been declared an epidemic and a national emergency. Since COVID, overdose deaths have increased. It is imperative that we do a better job of identifying and treating opiate addiction. This training will give you an introduction to opiate addiction, opioid overdose data for the state of VA, considerations for teens/youth adults as the spend more time at home, resources and suggest what you can do to help. We will provide a certificate for this webinar.
