Chad Sims
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
As Operations Coordinator at VHWDA, Chad plays a key role in supporting VHWDA’s mission to enhance the health workforce in Virginia by helping to facilitate workforce training programs and other initiatives at VHWDA.
Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he was actively involved in student organizations such as Developing Men of Color, the Latinx Student Association, and Club Soccer. He also participated in the Summer Health Education Program at Howard University and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity.
Currently pursuing his Master’s of Health Administration from George Mason University, Chad is eager to continue learning and helping to strengthen Virginia’s healthcare workforce.
