Nicole Odibo
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Nicole is an intern at VHWDA, where she supports initiatives that aim to strengthen Virginia’s public health and healthcare workforce.
She recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a degree in Public Health, where she cultivated a strong interest in health equity, community-based care, and the social determinants of health. Throughout her undergraduate career, Nicole was actively involved in research, service, and leadership, with a focus on addressing disparities in underserved communities both locally and globally.
As she prepares to pursue her Master of Public Health in Policy and Management at Columbia Mailman University, Nicole is eager to deepen her understanding of effective, community-driven health strategies. Her time at The Authority builds on her passion for creating sustainable solutions that improve access to care across Virginia and beyond. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, and traveling.
